DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?
We only ship in the United Kingdom currently. We are looking to expand rapidly across Europe, the US as well as Australia in the near future.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDERS?
You will receive an email notification when your order has shipped. Use your order number and email address on our page here, in order to track the progress of your delivery at any given moment.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
It takes approximately 1-2 working days to pick, pack and process your order, followed by approximately 3-5 working days for our designated courier service to deliver to your doorstep.
Covid-19 Pandemic period - Due to the ongoing global pandemic, please be aware that some orders may take slightly longer to be delivered, as our third party courier services may also be impacted by this crisis. We are only an email away so can reach out to us at any moment via email@example.com if you wish to find out more on the status of our order.
During PEAK season (Black Friday and the Christmas festive period), mail delivery times are going to be at the upper end of our estimate and can take slightly longer. Estimated delivery times are guidelines only. We cannot guarantee deliveries will arrive within these delivery windows. We advise our customer to use our order tracking feature available on our website.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
If you wish to cancel an order, you must do so before your order has shipped. To cancel an order, please contact Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will be happy to process your cancellation and issue your refund.
For security reasons, all refunds will be credited back to the original payment method that was used at the time of purchase. It typically takes 2-3 business days for the funds to process back into your account. If your order has already shipped, you must follow our Returns and Exchange policy in order to receive a refund. You will be notified by email when your order has been shipped with your order tracking facility.
