You can return your item within 14 days. If you purchase any item that is deemed defective, then those items will be replaced with the identical item in the exact same size (if applicable). Kindly include photos or videos to show that the product is defective.
Please email us at email@example.com for the return address with your name and order number before you ship your item(s) back to us.
- Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Refunds and Cancellations (if applicable)
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or the original method of payment, usually within 3-5 working days depending on your bank.
- Important note: In the case of a refund or cancellation for an order paid online, we may need to retain up to 8% charge on the total order amount to cover the order processing fee expense.
- Shipping labels: In the case of a request for an exchange of an item, Kreps will provide a shipping label free of charge for a collection or drop-off of the unwanted or faulty item, and redeliver the exchanged item. For returns due to a customer's change f mind or undesired good, the shipping label will be covered buyer, and once the item(s) has been received, a full refund of the item cost will be processed, without the paid label fee. Kreps strongly advised all customers to purchase a label with insurance in order to be fully covered by the chosen courier service covered in the case of loss or theft, which Kreps would not claim responsibility.
